Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi Everyone; namaste:

We are now on paragraph 2 of chapter 11 in the first letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"The next item on the list is something I'm really sorry to hear about.  I'm disappointed to hear that some of your meetings are divisive.  Instead of supporting and cooperating with each other, you are competing with and criticizing each other.  It's hard for me to believe this report, but then I know the illusions are strong and old habits are hard to break.  The best that can be said about it is that at least problems are being brought out into the open.  You are holding up mirrors unto yourselves.  That is good if you want to change yourselves.  You can see what you don't like about yourselves.  Then you can develop a positive vision for who you want to be.

Commentary:  Interpersonal conflict in groups is quite common among people with a dualistic outlook on life, but if you have a group of people who are trying to realize their oneness with all life, you might think there would be more harmony.  The mirror is being held up at all times, so a group will be able to judge their own progress by taking an objective look at what is going on.
