Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi Everyone; namaste;

We are now on paragraphs 4 and 5 of the second chapter in the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"When I arrived in Ome I found many people eager to hear the truth.  All I had to do was show up.  The people were ready for this gospel.  But when I didn't find Itus waiting for me with the first hand news about you, I couldn't fully relax.  In fact I became worried and left there and went to Acedonia to find Itus and get some comforting words about you. And thank God, I did receive some good news..

We intuitively follow God's travel plans for us, and at times it's been like a hero's victory parade.  Through us he brings knowledge of His presence everywhere.  To those who accept this teaching, it is like inhaling the aroma of fragrant flowers or the drinking of tropical nectar.  It is very pleasing to the soul.  But for those who reject these messages of oneness, it is like bitter medicine.  They inwardly know they need it, but they don't want to take it."

Commentary: To know that life makes sense is very comforting.  There is so much that happens in life that does not seem to make sense.  But every event is caused by something that reflects our collective consciousness.  And behind our consciousness is the unity of God that ties everything together and assures us of perfect justice, perfect sense.

Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi everyone; namaste:

We are now on paragraph 3 in the second chapter in the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"Each of you take responsibility for making your group an outstanding example of people who love life, who love God and people and the environment and the animals of all kinds.  This is really the focus of my letter.  We are emphasizing the positive."

Commentary:  In any group of believers you will have a diversity of talents and abilities, but what will really make the group sizzle is if every member is brimming with love for all of life.  Enthusiasm and love from everyone makes a strong group.

Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi everyone, namaste;

We now are now moving on to chapter 2, paragraphs 1 and 2 in the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book Gospel of One; Letters of Aul, page104.

"Since I couldn't come for a personal visit, I decided to write another letter to you, and part of it was very hard to write. I'm talking about confronting the person or persons who have been causing problems in your local group--those people who still think God is a separate supreme being who rewards and punishes people according to some impossible standards of right and wrong.  They spread false rumors about you, but we need to forgive them.  They have to get past their cultural upbringing and perhaps a diet that keeps them from thinking clearly.  Try to see their actions from their point of view.  They thought they were doing the right thing by warming people about  your group of blasphemers

However, getting back at them will never do.  You need to heap on the love, not criticism.  They will come back around eventually.  They will see your good example and get over their fears of being misled."

Commentary:  If we respond to criticism by criticizing back, even if the charges are blatantly false, ridiculous, or silly, we will only fall into the trap of dualism.  It's better to listen to the charges and try to understand them and then come from a oneness perspective--we're all in this together, give everyone respect as a sovereign being in God, and stay centered in love for all. Such an attitude will help us overcome self-righteousness, also.

Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi everyone; namaste;

We are now on paragraphs 8 and 9 in the first chapter of the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"However, I'm still proclaiming this message of the oneness of all life loud and clear. We affirm it with a shout of "Yes Lord, yes Lord, yes!"  God is adding his yes directly to ours.  He is pleased to see people firmly on the way back to him--to the realization of Godhood.

Perhaps it was a good thing that I wasn't able to visit.  You can't be dependent on me to inspire you. You are strengthened by going within more and finding your own God-connection.  I don't need or want any followers or disciples, but I'm thrilled to have co-workers who know God.  We are partners, working alongside each other.  I know that you will stand by your own faith, not mine."

Commentary: Our natural state is one of equality with one another, but it is also natural to help one another with our different talents and abilities.If we can keep to a humble attitude either way, we can get along better.  God is the doer, we truly learn that as we move into oneness.

Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi Everyone; Namaste;

We are now on paragraphs 6 and 7 in the first chapter of the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"We want you to be with us when we become truly anchored in the oneness of God. Since I was confident of your welcome, I had originally scheduled two separate visits with you.  Once on my way from the Acedonia province and then again on my return trip. I thought it would all go well.

Alas, it didn't work out, and now some of you are saying that I'm being wishy-washy, unable to make a commitment.  Please forgive me. I have many demands on my time. I haven't mastered being in two or more places at the same time yet. I know some people can do it, but I'm not one of them yet.

Commentary: When you truly become anchored in the oneness of God, when you are everywhere in the consciousness of God, then you will be in many places at once, just as Jesus and Krishna are, to name two.

Gospel of One; Letters of Aul

Hi Everyone, namaste;

We are now on paragraph 5 of chapter one in the Second Letter to the Orinthians from the book "Gospel of One, Letters of Aul." (page 103)

"Now that the danger is past, I am very happy to say that we didn't quaver or back down in any way.  We may have been a little anxious at times.  That's the human part of us, but we stayed firmly in our God Selves, so it was really God within us who did the work.  I want to make that clear."

Commentary: Jesus felt his human side many times. He knew he had trials to go through. He knew he had to lead his disciples and sometimes rebuke them. He knew he had to face his critics. But he stayed firmly in his God-Self.  So we can do the same when we learn how to let God work through us.
