gospel of one; letters of aul

Hello Everyone; Namaste:

We are continuing with chapter 3, paragraph 6 in the letter to the Omans in the book "Gospel of One; Letters of Aul."

"God is always communicating with us in one way or another. He has shown us the best way to live many times over, but we haven't been good listeners, and even when we have been good listeners, we haven't been good doers. God has communicated with everyone who has ever lived on earth. No one person or religion, or ethnic group, or country has a corner on God. God has chosen everyone, everything. Indeed, God is everyone, everything."

Commentary: God communicates in the still, small voice within us, the voice of our conscience that tells us if we are doing right or wrong or somewhere in between. The voice of God comes from within us. But if we don't listen to that voice, or if we can't discern it clearly, then God speaks to us through our experiences and our emotions. God can speak to us through other people. God speaks to us through life as it plays itself out. God is speaking to us directly and indirectly all the time. God is talking about being our highest and best self, always transcending ourself and moving with the river of life.

In this Christmas season the universal spirit of Christ speaks to us about peace on earth and goodwill to all people. Can we keep the love of Christ foremost all year long? If we all remember that we are all identities in God and that what we do to others we actually do to ourselves, then I believe it will be easier to keep up that love.
